Refund Policy
We have a 14-day free return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement/return if there is an issue with your item, or if you are not satisfied with your order.
For a return to be valid, the item must be maintained in the same condition as it was received, complete with tags, and in its original packaging.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package.
Please note that returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged/Defective Items:
When first receiving your purchased item, please be sure to inspect the item for any defects, damage or if you have received the incorrect item so that we can evaluate and take care of the issue.
Upon receipt of your return at our warehouse, we'll initiate the return processing, which typically takes 1-2 business days.
Order Cancellations:
Cancellation of orders is allowed within the first 2 hours after submission. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it upon arrival, adhering to our return policy.
For exchanges, the recommended approach is to return the item, wait for approval, and then make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your return. You will be notified of approval, and the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing time by your bank or credit card company may vary.
RAA Home Essentials will not refund orders with tracking information showing "Delivered".
